The Swiss Water process is an organic, chemical-free method of removing caffeine.
Instead of using chemicals this method uses a reusable super saturated green coffee solution called 'Green Coffee Extract' (GCE) which contains the same chemical compounds as green coffee, minus the caffeine. When GCE meets green coffee beans the matching molecules stay in the bean but the caffeine is transferred out.
