United Kingdom:

We offer different shipping options within the UK.

Collect from our store in Princetown, Dartmoor National Park. A lot like a Click & Collect, except we've great coffee and would love to see you.

Our Princetown store is open Wednesday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm.

Free UK Postage - Royal Mail Second Class (this can take a few days to arrive, great if there's no rush!)

Standard Uk Postage - Royal Mail First Class. This costs £3.95 but you'll get your order within a day or two. It's generally next day, we have a late pick up by Royal Mail.

Courier UK Postage - DPD 48. This costs £4.95 and is ideal if you need to get it on time! Our DPD collection can be at varying times throughout the day, it's a 24 hour service, but depending on when they pick up from us, could be 48 hours to you. We're working on improving that.

EU & Rest of World:

All orders outside the United Kingdom will be sent within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail or an international courier service. Delivery times will vary country to country but in most cases deliveries will be within 5-7 working days within the EU and 8-14 days for the rest of the world.

The shipping disclaimer:(we like to be transparent)

We're in a relatively remote location when it comes to shipping and whilst we will 99% of the time have orders picked, packed & ready for dispatch on time, there will be occasions where the courier misses a depot connection, or just doesn't make it here on time that day and that has a knock on effect.

Princetown does get snowed in a few days a year, the roads are dangerous to drive and the couriers & Royal Mail vans just don't come. We'll always try to put notices out as and when this happens though!
