Delivery:

Within the United Kingdom: All orders within the United Kingdom will be sent out free of charge within 1-2 working days via 1st Class Royal Mail or via a courier service. Deliveries should be received within 3-5 working days of an order being placed.

EU & Rest of World: All orders outside the United Kingdom will be sent within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail or an international courier service, charges will vary country to country; shipping will be calcualted at checkout. Delivery times will vary country to country, in most cases deliveries will be within 5-7 working days of your order being placed.

Returns:

If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, just send it back to us in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase. We’ll exchange or refund as required. Any queries send us an email: returns@dewerstone.com
