Beshasha is a fully traceable organic Ethiopian coffee grown by Mustefa Abakeno in the Jimma highlands at 2,040m.

Mustefa oversees every step from cultivation to drying across two mills: Beshasha for washed processing and Kabira for naturals. The distinct microclimates allow for tailored fermentation and drying, preserving the unique character of each lot.

This lot offers a cup profile that’s bright and expressive, with tasting notes of blood orange, shortbread, and milk chocolate.

A true single-farmer origin, rooted in precision, elevation, and Ethiopian tradition.
